Ask HN: Can we display comment scores after threads are closed for posting?
Apparently comment scores were initially hidden because mobs would previous cheer on a fight between two polarized views, commenters would say reactionary, incendiary things, and groupthink would generally settle in. So can we show comment scores once threads are closed for posting? The way HN judges comments is a useful signal it'd be useful to have.
