Ask HN: Programmable low RPM DC motor continuous reed switch controller
Need help finding a simple DC motor controller. I'm using two Linak actuators of different spindle lengths. Both have reed switches, giving 6 pulses per revolution. The actuators have 3 wires: 2 for power, 1 for the reed sensor. I need some sort of way of controlling this setup and setting a single "memory" position in-between the two overload positions of "both up" and "both down".
