Is your startup a cryptocoin?
I'm curious what HN thinks about building a cryptocoin as a startup. Are you working on an altcoin professionally, as a hobby, or thinking about it?
I've heard of ICOs, but haven't done much research into them yet. What do you think about pre-mined coins? And/or is it better to fund development with a portion of the block reward? Or would you take a different approach, like I think Factom is run more like a traditional business with products and services.
