I'm currently planning to organize a 5-day coding bootcamp in Mumbai next month on game development. What does it take to organize a successful coding bootcamp? I have hired a good trainer and have a space that can be used to accommodate at least 15 students. I'm planning to provide free lunch on all five days to everyone involved, along with certifications. Have also developed a website with a form which can be used to take registrations. I'm planning to use Facebook as a medium to publicize my scheduled bootcamp. That being said, are there any mistakes I should avoid making in my first try at organizing a coding bootcamp? It might be helpful to look at how organizations like Rails Bridge put together events. While the target audience may be different, the logistics are mostly applicable to any event. Good luck.
