Ask HN: How do you manage software spend at your company?
I'm struggling with something basic. We use a bunch of services at our company (Pagerduty, Pingdom, Zendesk, etc.) and to keep myself sane, I've created an excel sheet with monthly spend and projected increases based on volume etc.
Is there any software that might be help with this or is this really the best way to do this?
