Ask HN: Leasing your live/work loft to a startup
I'm currently moving out of SF, and wondering if anyone has experience leasing their place out to a startup. I own a loft in a live/work building that I think would be a good fit for a startup (separate street entrance, two other units in my row of ~10 are startups, roughly 1600 sq ft, prime SOMA/Yerba Buena location).
Did you find an agent? Find leasing docs yourself and self market? Any advice?
