Ask HN: How should we think about new features?
Hi guys,
We have quite a dilemma about our product(team collaboration aka kanban tool product) and would really like some feedback.
The question is: Should we stay broad and do general features like launching a public api, integration to slack, making it a lot easier to create cards, launching an iOS app etc. Or would it be better to take a small niche like construction and develop features specifically for them? Or maybe an even smaller niche like hardware companies manufacturing bluetooth components for 3rd party customers. What would you do? How do you generally think about new features?
