Hi,

My question is specifically regarding Google Photos backend & upload process -

Does anyone know what the MAX bitrate is, on videos uploaded to Google Photos? Also, does Google Photos store at original FPS? Do they transcode into a lower FPS on previews? Finally, are videos first transcoded into the lowest resolutions and then over time transcoded to the higher resolutions up-to 1080p?

Would be great to get some insight from someone who handles the cloud infrastructure & transcoding backend at Google. I have searched all over the internet without luck
