What is a good way to switch fields within tech. I've mostly been a frontend developer with some backend. While working on side projects, I've realized that I actually enjoy working a lot more with backend tech, then front end. How does one go about switching their job to reflect their strengths? What are also some good tips/sites/things to do to find opportunities?
