My current job is in Technical Support. No fancy stuff. Basic site monitoring and troubleshooting.

My skills

1) Basic Linux CLI skill 2) Basic sysadmin skills 3) network diagnostic skills.

Few things i would like to ask.

1) What are things that you do/encounter on a daily basis. 2) Do we have to be on call 24/7. 3) Work-life balance.

Can you suggest a few areas I have to concentrate to get a job in NOC.
