About
I'm Jalal Maskoun, a founder and technology builder focused on AI, agentic systems, automation, and the future of work.I'm based in the MENA region (Middle East and North Africa), where I'm interested in building technology and exploring how AI can change the way companies are built and operated.
I'm particularly interested in AI-native companies, autonomous agents, software, startups, automation, organizational design, and the evolution of knowledge work.
I spend a lot of time thinking about how AI agents can move beyond being tools and become part of the operating infrastructure of a company — executing workflows, coordinating work, and helping organizations operate with less administrative overhead.
I share ideas and lessons from building and exploring technology, startups, AI, and the MENA ecosystem.
