  • The Diversity & Inclusion Taskforce
    Meets 2nd Tuesday of each month & aims to provides direction for achieving Zerocater’s Strategic Goal.
  • Unconscious Bias Interview Training
    We offer this training twice yearly for hiring managers and interviewers to attend and learn how to eliminate bias in hiring decisions and run a fair and consistent interview process.

How We Leverage AI in Hiring

At Zerocater, we use AI tools to make our hiring process more efficient and effective. AI helps us refine job descriptions, craft interview questions, enhance candidate communications, and streamline certain tasks. We also are leveraging an AI interview tool for for select roles and reference checks.

That said, we recognize that hiring is ultimately about people. Our recruiters and hiring managers remain fully responsible for posting jobs, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, coordinating schedules, extending offers, and assisting in the onboarding process.

Importantly, AI does not make hiring decisions at Zerocater. Evaluating qualities such as motivation, values alignment, and soft skills requires human judgment—and that will always remain at the heart of our process.
