Slow down - x-x

Life is good as long as I remember to slow down.

Summer heat is picking up in Zürich, deadlines are approaching at work, and I keep getting review requests for PRs that have more lines than my typical monthly read.

I want to make a video game. Well, actually, I want to make like three of them.

Books pile up in my “want to read“ list. The Reeder app shows me 3423 unread items. I have a full collection of Moomin books in paper - I love to hold them in my hands, but read them more slowly than I wanted to.

I have about 300 GB of audio material to make music with, but I’m intimidated to start because it's simply too many unexplored opportunities. I want to get NI Komplete 26 Ultimate during the next “Summer of Sounds” sale.

I do sport 6x per week and haven’t yet booked a maintenance for my bicycle. It's already June.

There are so many things I want to explore and so little time and energy. I do have a lot of energy, but it’s clearly not enough for everything.

Clearly now enough.

I get stressed, but it all starts to make sense again after I relax and take a few deep breaths for a while. Everything fades away.

So all good as long as I slow down.
