Your calendar fills up with events,
but what that time meant is never kept.

Meetings, focused work, workouts, study, and personal plans all go into your calendar. But once time passes, it’s hard to tell “what you did this week,” “where most of your time went,” or “what you kept pushing off.” Velprium adds a record-and-review layer on top of the calendar you already use.

Plenty of events, but no idea where the time actually went.

Calendar and review notes live apart, so you stop halfway through copying.

Even when the day ends, what’s done vs. left is never sorted out.

You want a weekly review, but the data is scattered.

How it differs from a calendar

A calendar shows your schedule. Velprium helps you look back on that time.

Planned events alone don’t tell the full story of your day. You see patterns only when you also record what you actually did and where your time went.

What you can see here

Your existing Google Calendar events are not deleted or changed.

Week

See your day split into Area columns. Meetings, deep work, and follow-ups on one screen, never blurred together.

Diary

Ask — AI agent

Don’t stop at just logging your schedule.

Frequently asked questions

Will Velprium modify or clutter my Google Calendar?

Properties like status, tags, and ratings — and app-only colors — are never exported to Google. Only direct edits to the event itself, such as title or time, sync back. Read-only calendars are never modified under any circumstances.

What happens if I disconnect?

You can disconnect anytime, and your original Google Calendar events remain untouched. Deleting your account also deletes the tokens and sync data stored in Velprium.

How is this different from Notion Calendar?

Notion Calendar is for viewing your schedule. Velprium treats events as structured data with properties and gives you weekly/monthly reports to look back. Comparing the same day side-by-side as Plan and Act is also unique to Velprium.

Do I have to fill in properties for every event?

No. Properties are entirely optional. Add them only where you want; skip them and it works like a normal calendar. The more you record, though, the sharper your Review gets.

Is it free? Will it become paid?

Velprium is free to start. Core features such as calendar sync, all four views, and properties stay free.

Is my data used to train AI?

No. Your calendar data is used only to display your calendar, sync, and build Review — never for advertising or to train AI models. See our Privacy Policy for details.

What are Page, Area, and Property?

A Page is one screen for managing a day or a project. An Area splits the same time into different views — like Plan, Act, and Review — and a Property is info you add to an event, such as status, rating, client, or tags. You don’t need to know them to start from a template; learn them only when you need to.
