Memorial services for Patrick E. Davis, 53, of Milan, IL, will be 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, July 16th, at the Van Hoe Funeral Home, East Moline. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the funeral home. Burial will be in St. Mary’s Cemetery, East Moline. Mr. Davis passed away, Monday, July 7, 2025, at UnityPoint Rock Island, IL.
Patrick was born December 9, 1971, in Moline, IL, the son of Gene and Shirley Hayden Davis. He married Tracy King October 23, 2002, in Davenport, IA.
Father, jokester, witty, smart-alec, those are just some of words you will hear describe Patrick. He loved to spend as much time as he could with his kids. They were the topic of every story he ever spoke on some level. They truly were the sparkle in his eyes.
Patrick was the successful YouTube content creator PATMANQC and loved to share his knowledge and passion for retro video games. He was a self-proclaimed geek with a great sense of humor and quick tongue that would catch you off guard and have everyone double over laughing before you knew it.
Patrick enjoyed bowling, and he was great at it. He was in the 300 club having earned eight 300 games. He also was known for his love of DC comics, Batman in particular. Patrick was a long-time wrestling fan. His favorite wrestler of all time was “The stylin’, Profilin’, WOOOO” Ric Flair. He was also a fantastic freehand artist.
Survivors include his wife, Tracy Davis; children, Max and Mailli Davis,at home; and siblings, Pam (Mike) Heater, Moline, Craig Davis (Laura Pearson) Rock Island, and David Davis, MI; several nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his parents, and his sister, Kim Horrick.
The family asks for everyone to wear their best Batman, bowling, wrestling or retro gaming attire.
