These supplementary offerings comprise inside oven cleaning, refrigerator cleaning, window cleaning, steam cleaning for couches, chairs, and carpets, as well as laundry services for residences equipped with a washer and dryer.
What is the cancellation policy?
There is no supplementary charge for cancellations made 24 hours prior to the scheduled cleaning. However, should a cancellation be made less than 24 hours before the appointed cleaning time, a fee equivalent to 20% of the booking price will be applicable.
What if I’m not satisfied with my cleaning?
If you encounter any issues, please inform us, and we will promptly address and rectify the situation by sending a different cleaner back to your home at your earliest convenience. Additionally, responding to the email feedback request following your cleaning is greatly appreciated, as it aids us in enhancing and refining our services.
Can I choose a specific time for cleaning?
When making an online reservation, clients have the option to select from upcoming available time slots. While we make diligent efforts to honor these preferences, it is essential to acknowledge that the final schedule, contingent upon the availability of our cleaning staff, will be conclusively determined the week preceding the scheduled service. This operational protocol is strategically devised to optimize our capacity to serve a broad customer base while factoring in considerations such as cleaners’ time off and holidays.
For recurring services are there any contractual obligations?
Choosing our recurring cleaning services does not entail any contractual obligations. Clients retain the flexibility to cancel these services at any time.
What is the process for vetting your cleaners?
Our cleaning personnel undergo a thorough selection process that involves multiple interviews, including in-person assessments with company owners. Furthermore, as part of our rigorous screening procedures, our cleaners undergo comprehensive background checks.
Will I get the same cleaner at each scheduled service?
While our objective is to consistently assign familiar cleaners, this may not always be feasible. Clients have the option to request a specific cleaner for each session, though this might necessitate flexibility in scheduling to accommodate both the cleaner’s and the client’s availability.
What does a Standard Cleaning encompass?
A Standard Cleaning is most accurately characterized as a comprehensive cleaning regimen that addresses routine tasks. This encompasses the specified number of bedrooms and bathrooms, along with communal areas such as the dining room, living room, hallways, and entryways.
What distinguishes a Deep Clean from a Standard Clean?
A Deep Cleaning is typically recommended for the initial cleaning of a residence. It involves meticulous cleaning of intricate spaces within the home, necessitating additional time to eradicate all traces of dirt and grime. What are the components of a Move-In/Out Cleaning?
Our Move In/Out Cleans integrate all aspects of the Standard Cleaning, with additional inclusions. Notably, the cleaning of the interior of the refrigerator and freezer is incorporated, along with the cleaning of empty cabinets. This service is particularly recommended for vacant homes, enabling our cleaners to efficiently access all areas of the residence.
Can I also book Commercial Cleaning like an Office Cleaning?
