A Hackathon for AI Agent Skills

AI agents are powerful — but they still fail at real work. Agent Skills inject transferable procedural knowledge. Built on SkillsBench momentum.

// the format

How It Works

This isn't a typical hackathon. You create agent skills in a domain of your choice, design a task to test them, and benchmark your agent live. SkillsBench uses the Harbor format for evaluations.

Pick a track. Define a task.

Choose one of five tracks and design a real-world task scenario that challenges frontier models and agents.

Write complete skill sets.

Create agent skills that are genuinely useful in your chosen domain. Not atomic skills, but complete skill sets.

Benchmark it live.

Run your agent against the task you created. Judges evaluate both the quality of your benchmark and how well your agent performs on it.
