Campaign Quick Start
1. Login with the credentials you have received from us
2. Click "View All Lists" to add a new list (import from CSV)
3. Click "Create new campaign", enter the subject, content and click "Save & Next"
4. Select the list(s) you created and click to either send the newsletter immediately or to schedule it
Working with Templates

How do I setup an Autoresponder?
1. Click "View all lists"
2. Select the desired list
3. Click "Autoresponders" at the top right of the screen
List import from CSV stays at 0%
If the list import process stays at 0% for more than one minute, it usually means that the list you are using is not properly formatted. Make sure that there are at least 2 values separated by a comma (Name & Email) in your CSV file and that there are no spaces before or after the values.
Why can't I change the "From email" field when editing a campaign?
The "From email" address is configured according to the SMTP relay that was assigned to your account, this is to make sure your newsletter has a valid SPF record, DKIM signing and proper reverse DNS values. This way no changes are needed in your domain's DNS settings. Subscribers will see the "From name" and will be able to reply to the specified "Reply to" email address.
Campaign says 'Preparing to Send' but stays at 0%
This means the campaign has been added to the sending process, it will start sending in just a few minutes at most.
How do I create the Opt-Out (unsubscribe) link?
1. In the Campaign or Template Editor, simply type in your desired opt-out message (i.e. click here to unsubscribe).
2. Select the text of the message or word from step 1 and click on the 'Link' button in the editor toolbar.
3. In the 'Link' dialog box Change the 'Protocol' to '<other>', type in [unsubscribe] in the URL field and click OK.
How do I create the web version link?
1. In the Campaign or Template Editor, simply type in your desired web version message (i.e. view this message online).
2. Select the text of the message from step 1 and click on the 'Link' button in the editor toolbar.
3. In the 'Link' dialog box Change the 'Protocol' to '<other>', type in [webversion] in the URL field and click OK.
How can I upgrade my delivery plan?
The delivery plan upgrade option will be shown automatically when you need to send more than the remaining credits on your current plan. Please contact us if you need a custom plan.
How does the billing work?
The mailing platform will bill you automatically via PayPal when you are ready to send or schedule a campaign. Once payment is verified, delivery will begin immediately or on the scheduled date. Please contact us if you wish to use other payment methods.
