Who we're looking for

We are seeking an Operations – Client Success Associate with a strong background in New York City's residential rental real estate market. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of industry dynamics and current market trends, as well as firsthand insight into the needs and challenges of agents, brokers, landlords, and leasing management professionals. Prior experience as a real estate agent, broker, or leasing representative at a property management company is highly valued and considered a strong asset for this role.

This role is well-suited for a detail-oriented, proactive individual who thrives in a dynamic environment and is comfortable contributing across multiple functions as we continue to grow our web-based business. The candidate should be highly adaptable, solution-focused, and possess a strong interest in technology, as our company operates at the intersection of real estate and data-driven innovation.

This is a full-time, salaried, on-site position based in our Midtown Manhattan office. Please note: to avoid any conflicts of interest, candidates must not continue to operate as a licensed real estate agent or broker while employed in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Interact with customers and prospects daily via support emails and calls to develop strong relationships and deepen your understanding of the market.
  • Accurately understand and relay the customer's needs and knowledge of trends, market conditions, and advertising tendencies to the rest of the team to support continuous product and service improvement.
  • Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for prospective and current advertisers to ensure they understand how to maximize value from our platform.
  • Understand the value proposition of our marketing products tailored to various types of real estate advertisers.
  • Work on SEO optimization initiatives to drive sustained traffic growth and increase lead generation for our advertisers.
  • Produce and monitor internal reports tracking key performance metrics such as organic site traffic, lead generation, sales revenue, pipeline status, and overall platform health.

In addition, the Operations - Client Success Associate will work closely with the rest of the Operations and Engineering team members to ensure the success of advertisers using our platform and services.

Requirements

  • Background and interest in real estate.
  • Optimistic and detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable navigating the various stages of the sales funnel.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with modern collaboration tools, including Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom.
