How many API calls do I need? 🤔
1 API call = 1 spam check
When someone submits a form on your website, that counts as one API call. For example:
- The Freelance plan (100,000 API calls) typically covers ~100 websites
- Average website gets 20-50 form submissions daily
- WordPress users: count your monthly form submissions across all sites
Are the API calls per month or per year?
The API call limit in each plan is monthly.
Is a request to the OOPSpam API logged?
Not by default, but you can enable it. For API users, add the "logIt" parameter to a request body. Learn more about this here.
Is OOPSpam GDPR compliant?
OOPSpam itself as an API is GDPR compliant. It does not store any data, so there is no data to identify or track a user. Read more in the GDPR Notice and Data Processing Agreement.
