I, Vijay Gopal, terminated by Amazon Hyd for voicing illegal working hrs policy. Organization is removing break/lunch from calculation of hours, where 9 hrs a day x 5 days is 45 hours, but paying for 40 hrs by removing 1 hr brk/day = 5 hrs. Also, claiming they have permission from State Govt. to have employees do 20 hrs of Overtime per week, which is an abnoxious claims. Hearing happened wht TS Labour Jt. Commissioner on 22nd Oct and I was terminated on 27th Nov 2020. Stealing employees' money is a ridiculous thing to do. I do not rergret my action against Amazon. #shameonAmazon
