Rant Mondays :) What the Outlook email compose box should look like (IMHO). Tag a friend at Microsoft who could help make it happen. #VoiceOfTheCustomer Subject - this should go first. Top down thinking. Why are you writing this email? Body - all the stuff you want to say. To/Cc - given what you've now written, who should it go to? How often do you write an email and then go back up to To/Cc to add/remove someone based on what you've written? The To/Cc should be the last form field. Anyone ever accidentally hit send before you were done composing the email? In the new layout, these fields get filled in only after the message is finished being crafted. Send - basic form flow. The customer should work their way top to bottom. In it's current flow, my mouse goes all over the place and then has to go back up to the top to send.
