A chance to put "big data" and a different version of data analysis in to play. It may help this time around in abatement. Where it could help more is with the data built now in this rare event. Prevention of future issues will be key. That will be of key importance. Especially true as other types of diseases become antibiotic resistant. Control the risks can keep the numbers affected small. Big data will help speed up the process of vaccine developments. Many other aspects too, as more lessons are learned and data is built upon.
