Using the URL#createObjectURL API to make your videos start faster, during the 2018 Globo.com's hackathon, we wanted to make our playback to start faster. Before our playback starts to show something to the final users, we issued around 5 to 6 requests (counting some manifests), and our goal was to cut as much as we can.
