I'm also one of the users of N26 who got their account closed with no notice. I've had this account since the end of 2019 and was a happy customer with no complaints. No clarity on what transactions or activity specifically caused my account to be closed, just that there were "irregularities". This was my only bank account in Germany and I have not had access to any of my savings since the closure on April 14th. I am lucky to have generous people in my personal life who are willing to cover my food, rent, and other expenses until this gets sorted out. It is scary that everything can be taken away from me so quickly and then no one is able to provide quick feedback on what additional help is needed from me to resolve this. I have already sent proof of my paystubs from my employer, Zalando, but there is nothing else I am able to do at the moment except wait for a reply, and it has almost been a week.
