1. Tesla and I have parted ways, after 10 long years and many cherished experiences, it is over. Yes, I too was part of the 10% layoff and was blindsided by the event. I would like to thank the many that I’ve work with throughout these many years for all your hard work, dedication and more importantly their friendship. It has been an Experience! Best wishes to Tesla in their endeavor to change the world and I am proud to have been part of that. My wife and I are looking forward to our next adventure in life. 2. Hi friends, family and fellow alums- I am deeply saddened to announce that I was one of the 10% let go during the #tesla #layoffs due to being both salaried and a remote worker. While my time was short, I gained a year of experiences with many amazing and hardworking humans! I feel incredibly blessed to have been hand selected for this role, and while the fire hose was a rush, my eyes, ears, and heart are full from this bountiful experience. You are all #rockstars I will miss the EHS&S Content Development Team, where I worked as a learning designer. #teamminions It was an honor to create interactive training to help keep Tesla team members safe, and to have the opportunity to make the learning experience hand-spun with creativity and 15 years experience in Instructional Design. #thankyou While I am saddened for this journey to come to an abrupt end, I also believe the world is on its way to a brighter and sustainable future. 3. Today I was laid off from my role at Tesla. After 6 and a half years, I am saddened to go. However, I am extremely thankful for everything I have learned over those years, the people I have worked with, and the opportunities I've had to grow. I truly did enjoy my job, and I am proud of the work that I've produced. If possible, I am looking to continue working in the field of technical training visualization - specifically for utility scale energy storage, EV charging, and/or renewable energy. I believe these sectors will be a crucial part of our future, and I want to continue supporting them.

4. I was laid off from Tesla today. During my time, I had an opportunity to expand my reach and to spend the last year leading the training organization. It allowed me to foster the growth of new and existing learning and development leaders while making a difference in the energy industry. My direct reports led teams of project managers, instructional designers, video producers, animators, trainers and data analysts. If you know of any open roles that match my background in learning and development, please reach out. Thank you to my direct reports who made the time at Tesla a pleasure including Caierston Cree, Damara Dragun, Andrea Armagost, Zac McCutcheon, Taylor Wiggin, Amanda Henderson, Kevin Hilliard, Allen Hughes and Scott Woods. Special thanks to Maureen Holtzman for your leadership and guidance and to the entire training organization who I truly enjoyed getting to know.

5. As many of you are seeing in the news and on LinkedIn, Tesla is letting go 10% of salaried folk. As of today, I am part of that 10% and my time with Tesla has come to an end. I am very thankful for the growth I've experienced with this company over the past 4.5 years. I've been able to grow my skillset more than I ever imagined.   With that being said, I am actively look for my next journey. My wide range of qualities and skills, paired with my strong work ethic, would be an asset to any company. I am open to new opportunities with innovative companies. #opportunities #activelylooking
