'The e-book problem' hits Seattle Public Library - Seattle Now

If you’re a library user, and you love e-books and e-audiobooks, you might notice some changes to your account. The Seattle Public Library is putting new restrictions on the number of digital books patrons can place on hold.

It’s happening because digital books are causing big budget problems here and around the country.
