KeepFiled is an AI-powered filing assistant. Forward any email to your private filing address and it automatically extracts attachments, renames them intelligently, and organizes them into your Google Drive.

Sign in with Google, connect your Google Drive, and you'll get a unique filing email address. Forward any email to that address and your files are automatically organized.

Attachments are extracted, the AI analyzes them to suggest a clear filename and folder, then uploads them to your Google Drive. You get a confirmation email with links to your filed documents.

The email body itself is converted to a PDF and filed as a document — great for saving receipts, confirmations, or any important email.

All files are organized within a dedicated KeepFiled folder in your Google Drive. The AI sees your existing subfolder structure within that folder and matches files to them before creating new ones. We never access files outside the KeepFiled folder.
