The unofficial ChatGPT Wrapped is a fun website made with love by the team at Kapwing and is not associated with OpenAI. Your raw data is not collected or stored, we only compare your stats to create your wrapped report. Want to find out how to learn more about your ChatGPT 2025 data, like your longest conversation, total number of chats, most active time of day, and more? Read on! Log into the ChatGPT account that you use most frequently and download your usage data activity. This is what is used to generate your Wrapped report! The information can be accessed at: https://chat.openai.com/ . On this page, select your profile > Settings & Beta > Data controls, then hit the Export button. In the modal that pops up, select the "Data Controls" tab. On this page, you should click "Export" next to "Export data". Once your data gets sent to your email's inbox, this will allow you to download your ChatGPT activity in a .zip format. The zip file probably won't be named "ChatGPT.zip" and might look like a bunch of random letters and numbers. After you export your data, OpenAI will email it to you in a zip file. Click the button below to open the file browser and import your ChatGPT history. This site will instantly generate your 2025 Wrapped for ChatGPT. Your data is not uploaded to our servers nor stored for any reason. Ever since Spotify came out with it's own wrapped, we felt that it should be easy to find more insights about the things we chat about in addition to what we listen to! The problem is, ChatGPT doesn't offer a Wrapped even though the raw data is available. We wanted to build an easy way to showcase the things we did on ChatGPT in 2025 - and that resulted in the unofficial ChatGPT Wrapped. We hope you enjoy this project!
