Hi,
I have a B2B service idea that I would like to develop for my industry (small and niche). I have a reasonable technical understanding, but I have no coding background, but I have been starting to learn a bit from some tutorials.
I'm stuck at a point now of how to find and hire a development company to build the solution for me (web based app). Once built, it would need to be maintained and if my MVP is successful then expand to add more services and functionality to it.
So if you were in my shoes - how would you start and what would you do?
If your a programmer - what would you want from me to be able to bid on and build the project?
(edit: I do have personal funds to help launch the SaaS. I've realized that it will take too long for me to learn how to code it all myself, and then of course code it). :)
Any tips, ideas or advice would be great. As well if anyone feels they could help mentor me on this journey, or know of someone who could mentor me that would be great?
