Norway’s oil and gas industry has generated unimaginable wealth for its population. Is it really dirty money? And what can Israel learn from it?

OSLO – At 2 Bankplassen Street in the center of this city, two copper-colored metal doors open into a foyer that obviously hasn’t been renovated for decades. Potted petunia plants, a courteous clerk at the reception desk. There is not the slightest hint of the gargantuan economic power residing within the confines of this old building.
