I'm part of an educational project where permitting to have many several opened tabs is counterintuitive in some metrics. Open a ticket for Chromium to limit the number N of tabs opened in total, in all opened windows of the device. An alert with a small message must be displayed to the user when the tab limit has been exceeded instead of opening the URL link. The ticket must be configurable with one value in chrome://flags/ related to the title "Tabs Limit for School Device" or similar. This ticket opened at [login to view URL] is complete by me when this ticket code is part of the Chromium project and when anyone can download Chrome with that micro-feature.
