Support with an issue till the end of delivery
After I ordered the Fairphone Gen6, an issie with non existing krder appeared. At the first attempt Luca informed, there might be problem with the system when should refund come. After I tried to order once again, the same issue occurred and Luca let someone else know about this problem and probably they corrected my problematic order manually. After successful fix Luca let me know about it, and asked if I could keep her uo to date with an order and to mark this ticked as solved after the parcel arrive
