We recently tested the cloud platform and are currently using it. Initially, we faced issues during image creation and VM creation. In this situation, both the sales team and the support team were helpful. However, the support team took some time to resolve the issues, possibly because the platform was still under development.
Now, the cloud platform is well developed and working smoothly without any interruptions. As discussed with the team regarding Terraform implementation, they provided it on time. In particular, Mr. Swapnil Satpute played a key role in coordinating with the team.
The platform is functioning well. If the auto-scaling feature is implemented, it will further enhance our experience and make resource management more efficient.
