The basics to get you started.
How much does it cost?
It's free during the beta. Since ClickRemix uses AI to generate custom styles for each request, we'll introduce a pricing model after beta to cover those costs.
Does it work on all websites?
Yes! ClickRemix works on any page you can open in Chrome. It applies CSS and JavaScript on top of the existing page without modifying the site's source code.
Is my browsing data private?
ClickRemix only sends your prompt and basic page context to generate the styles. We don't track your browsing history or personal data. Your saved styles are stored locally in Chrome sync storage.
Can I undo changes or turn them off?
Absolutely. You can toggle styles on/off instantly, delete saved styles, or simply refresh the page to see the original. Every change is reversible.
Do I need an account?
You don't. You have 10 credits to test it without, but you get more for creating one and all that's needed is an email.
How do credits work?
For each new style update you consume a credit but that only applies for generating the style. You can use the style and it will remain changed forever.
What happens to my styles when I close the tab?
If you save a style, it's stored per domain and automatically applies when you visit that site again. Unsaved styles disappear when you close the tab.
Does it work offline?
Creating new styles requires an internet connection to use the AI. However, previously saved styles will continue to work offline.
