Personal life AI
One thread for everything in your life.
Busy householdsBusy professionalsThe privacy-minded
Bring your email, calendar, texts and files. nenva sorts what comes in into one thread per thing you live with, the car insurance, the school, the dentist, the goal you're working on, and stays in each one: it tells you before anything slips, drafts the reply, puts the step on your calendar and keeps the goal moving. Nothing is sent, booked or paid without your approval. All this is done by keeping your data in your own device and using AI from a zero data retention nenva service. You can point it to any AI service you want.
A thread for Auto insurance. nenva: Your renewal came in: $612 on the 21st, up $72 from last year. It was inside a 'save when you bundle' email. You say: Can you get this down? nenva: Same cover runs about $520 to $580 elsewhere right now. I drafted an email asking Sunrise to explain the $72 and match last year's $540. Send it? A thread for Lincoln Elementary. nenva: The field trip form is due back tomorrow at 7 AM. It needs a signature and $12 in the envelope. You say: Make sure I don't forget. nenva: I'll remind you at 8 tonight to sign it and put $12 in the envelope, and at 6:45 tomorrow to check the backpack. Add both? A thread for Dr. Shah Dental. nenva: By text yesterday: your cleaning moved to Thursday at 3:30 PM. Your calendar still says Tuesday. You say: Thursday's no good, that's school pickup. nenva: Pickup is 3:15 on Thursdays, so that clashes. I drafted a text to the office asking for Friday morning, and left Tuesday on your calendar until they answer. Send it? A thread for Build muscle. nenva: Two of three workouts this week. Thursday's lost out to a late meeting. You say: Did 5x5 squats at 185 today. nenva: Kept: 185 lb, up from 155 when this stage began. One more session makes the week, and Saturday morning is free. Put it there? A thread for Water bill. A thread for Maya's music classes.
What it connects to
The places your life already lives.
Turn on what you use, from Settings › Connectors. nenva reads nothing from a service until you connect it, and every one can be turned off again.
Gmail
Bills, renewals, appointments and replies waiting on you.
Google Calendar
Your events in Today and Coming up. What you add in nenva is written back.

Apple Calendar

Apple Reminders
Reminders become things you said you'd do. Check one off here and it's checked off there.

Apple Messages
Appointment reminders, deliveries and bills that arrive by text. Off until you turn it on.

Apple Notes
Your notes, searchable by your AI. Nothing is copied.

PDFs, scans and spreadsheets you add to your library, read on your Mac.
It coaches you, too
Tell it a goal. It makes the plan and keeps you on it.
Fitness, health, money, parenting or learning: say what you want in your own words. There are no forms to fill in or logs to keep. You talk to it, in the goal's own chat or from your phone, and it does the bookkeeping.

Run a 10K by March
Long run 5.2 mi, up from 3 since Oct 1 · 1 mi to go by Mar 1.
Two runs slipped this week
Thursday's run lost out to a late meeting, and Saturday's was skipped. This stage ends in 5 days with nothing planned after it.
Adjust the planLater
- PlansIt asks a few questions, then plans the first stage or two around your real week.
- TodayEach morning it tells you today's step.
- AsksLater it asks how it went. Say “ran 5.2 miles in 48 minutes” and it keeps the numbers, only the ones you said.
- NoticesIt looks across the weeks and raises a card when sessions slip, a stage ends with nothing after it, or you reach a milestone.
- Re-plansWhen life gets in the way it proposes a new plan. Nothing changes until you tap yes, and Undo puts it back.
- Looks backWhen a stage ends it shows how far you've come, in your own numbers.
nenva is a coach for your own decisions, not a doctor or a financial adviser. It never diagnoses or touches a medication, never predicts the market, and never pays or moves money. Health readings leave your Mac only if you say yes once.
Who it's for
Before nenva, and after
For parents running a busy house: from “I know I'm forgetting something” to nothing slips, so the admin stops living in your head.
Before nenva
- A low hum of worry that something was forgotten, and no idea which thing.
- The renewal notice looks just like the marketing it arrived with.
- Texts from the school, the dentist and the contractor: a second inbox nobody reads.
- Nothing is written down anywhere; it lives in your memory, or your partner's.
- “I'll deal with it tonight,” which means never.
With nenva
- One list of what is actually pending, with dates, from your mail, calendar and texts.
- Bills and renewals show up before the deadline, not after.
- The dentist's text and the school's email land on the same list.
- It drafts the reply and puts the step on your calendar. Nothing is sent, booked or paid without your yes.
It stays yours
Your records live on your Mac.
On your phone
Set up Telegram and you can reach nenva from your phone, and nenva can reach you, wherever you are. Your Mac does the work, so it needs to be on.
Where the AI runs
Any Mac works. Your data stays on your Mac; only what the AI is working on goes to nenva cloud, which stores none of it.
Stop holding it all in your head.

If you connect Google
nenva uses Gmail and Google Calendar to read incoming email for the bills, deadlines, appointments and replies that need you, and to show your events and what needs you in the app. When you ask, it marks messages read or unread, archives them or moves them to Trash, sends an email, and creates or edits calendar events; it asks before it sends anything or moves anything to Trash. It does not use your Google data for advertising. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is accessed and where it goes.
