Q: When does my Ring Home Trial begin?
Your trial begins once you link your Amazon and Ring accounts, and add your Astro device for the first time to a location associated with your Ring account using the Ring app. Existing Ring Home Basic and Standard subscribers will enjoy a trial of Astro's advanced home monitoring features. Existing Ring Home Premium subscribers will already have access
to these features.
Q: Will I be charged when my Ring Home Trial ends?
If you are not an existing Ring Home subscriber, you will not be charged when your trial ends. You will need
to manually subscribe to Ring Home Premium to continue receiving its benefits, including Astro's advanced home monitoring features. If you are an existing monthly or yearly Ring Home subscriber, your existing subscription will continue to automatically renew at its current
price.
Q: What features come with Ring Home Premium for Astro?
When you subscribe to Ring Home Premium, you can access Astro's advanced home monitoring features. This includes scheduling Astro to autonomously patrol your home while you’re away, configuring Astro to investigate detected events such as sounds of glass breaking or smoke/CO alarms and sending you Smart Alerts. Patrol and investigation videos are saved in Ring’s cloud storage for up to 180 days.
