We start with a short discovery to define goals, success metrics, data access, and timeline. From there we run in weekly sprints with clear deliverables (dashboards, models, APIs). You’ll get progress updates and demos at each milestone, plus artifacts you can keep: code, docs, and deployment instructions.

We recommend tracking milestones and payments on Upwork for transparency and escrow protection. If you prefer, we can also issue invoices. We support fixed-price milestones and time-and-materials for open-ended R&D.

Yes. We follow least-privilege access, encryption in transit/at rest, and environment isolation. We can work in your VPC/VNet, on OpenShift/Kubernetes, or approved cloud services. We already operate under a HIPAA BAA with OpenAI for GPT-powered copilots, and additional Business Associate Agreements are available when needed so we can keep data residency requirements in mind.

You own the project-specific deliverables (code, models, prompts, dashboards) upon payment. We may reuse non-proprietary boilerplate (scripts, templates) to accelerate delivery unless you request a full work-for-hire assignment.

Rapid proofs of concept: 1–3 weeks. Production MVPs: 4–8 weeks. Full programs (data platform + ML + dashboards) vary by scope. We can staff globally and support 24/7 meetings to keep momentum across time zones.
