Superannuation giant UniSuper blamed Google’s cloud computing service for an outage that has stopped customers from accessing their accounts or viewing their balances for days.

The fund, which had about $124 billion in assets under management and around 615,000 members as of June 2023, said on Friday that some of its services were experiencing an outage due to a disruption to Google Cloud services.
