Ten days ago, Sydney-based venture capital firm EVP was praising the product prowess of pharmacy software player StrongRoom AI after leading its capital raising. On Monday afternoon, it was ringing investors in its EVP Opportunities Fund to inform them that it had discovered “a potentially serious issue” at the start-up.
