- Communications Minister Anika Wells said the network had "largely returned to business-as-usual", just before 2pm AEST
- The telco's CFO Michael Ackland has apologised for the disruption and has advised customers to try restarting their mobile phones
- Ackland said, as of 4pm, the issues have been "fully resolved"
- The outage was caused by a software defect, Ackland said
