    this isn't new. the manafort filing had the same issue in 2019. government agencies have been making this mistake for decades. it's a basic infosec failure and someone at DOJ should probably audit these files.

    FOR LEGAL REASONS I NEED TO BE CLEAR: this is a known PDF security issue documented since at least 2005. i'm not revealing any sensitive information, just demonstrating that the DOJ's redaction process has a basic technical flaw that's been written about in the ABA Journal,
