C+. Good but major misses: - aka suboccipital/post fossa approach…kinda - poor description of where crani is done - no 4th vent access from RS approach - good lord pls don’t retract the brainstem Okay moving on to complex bifurcation aneurysms

B+. Pretty good outline, but misses classic techniques like clip/trapping and newer options like intrasaccular devices. Hits the major points though. Debated A- for including conservative management, but I’m a tough grader. Okay, ATL vs selective AH?

A-. It understood I was asking about epilepsy treatment. Got a minus for the fact that both are for drug resistant epilepsy, not just ATL. C2 pedicle screws?

A. Basically nails it. But of course spine is the easiest. It also nailed the follow up question about the vessel most at risk with C2 screws, the vertebral artery. Now something morbid, but fairly straightforward.

D+. Should have been able to say clinically consistent with brain death. Doesn’t totally fail because it figured out coma/vegetative state. I included image that explains differences if you’re on the machine’s side. Overall pretty good, maybe will add more.
