    China has tightened RE export control. Requiring export apps for using its RE in R&D + production of 14nm & below logic chips + 256L+ memory chips when it comes to materials, metrology & SMEs. So no more HRE for any Nvidia chips or ASML/AMAT machines? That seems like a big deal

    China is also copying US when it comes to foreign content rule. Anything dual use w/ even 0.1% value in RE will require license. Applies to anything use Chinese tech for mining, smelting, separation, mfg & recycling. Any overseas refineries that don't use Chinese tech?
