A short compilation of physical glitches in Sora 2. It seems the model still struggles with everyday actions like getting into a car or using an umbrella. Some prompts lead to bizarre outputs. While Sora's physical understanding has improved dramatically, it still can't generate fully coherent videos for certain basic daily activities. Some results give off strong "unintelligent NPC" vibes — characters get stuck mid-action, behaving in oddly robotic ways. For instance, when prompted to climb a ladder, the person stops halfway and never reaches the top. Or when asked to exit through a revolving door, they freeze in the middle. It's funny… and just a bit uncanny. I guess some of these issues stem from the storyboarding or keyframing stages, where missing or inconsistent frames break motion continuity. Since Sora 2 is a black box, it's hard to know for sure. In a strange way, this reminds me of my PhD work on video game quality assurance, detecting similar glitches in video games. It's nice to see how those same principles now apply to AI video models. Full circle moment. #Sora #aivideo
