While from all the Ukrainian gov officials through EU heads through NATO heads to US gov, all are crying about Russia all day everyday, let me remind you that it is well known that Ukrainian police officers long time used/using a version of MS Office that was cracked by Russians:

That file also was made with a "SPecialiST RePack" Office version. So most probably it means that even in 2022, there are people not only at Ukrainian police/government offices/etc, but even at their "Security Service" that are using "cracked by Russians" software at work. (2/2)
