It’s official! 97.6% of our union has voted YES to ratify our first collective bargaining agreement. This contract will improve our members' lives, make Kickstarter a more equitable workplace, and help raise standards across the tech industry. Here are some highlights 🧵

We set out to make Kickstarter a more equitable place. We approached every proposal with an eye towards equity. Some standout wins include: ⚖️ Annual pay equity reviews 🌎 No more geographic adjustments for pay 💪🏾 Anti-discrimination clause that goes *far* above the legal minimum
