UPDATE: Since this story was published, Steph Ango, founder of the Notion competitor Obsidian, has claimed that Notion copied the avatar he uses on X and his blog to promote Obsidian products—noting that several employees of Notion follow him online. Notion has responded that Muradov is unaware of this founder’s work and does not follow him.

I like the idea of making AI feel more personal, and you're doing a great job there. That said, every Notion employee in that piece follows my work — Ryo, Rob, Ivan, Linus... I'd be nice to get some acknowledgement for being part of the inspiration! x.com/kepano/status/…
