Damn, Ryzen 4650G is an "open box" OEM CPU. Seller wrapped up the wraith cooler in its box, stuck the CPU to the bubblewrap that covered the cooler box. My mom, trying to be helpful, opened the package, threw away the bubblewrap & kept the box ready for me! What could go wrong?
