Internet traffic (HTTP requests) in Venezuela dropped by as much as 45% at around 22:00 UTC after a magnitude 7.5 earthquake struck the country. It recovered slightly over the following 30 minutes but remained 25% lower than the previous week at 22:30 UTC.
